Monetize your links!

Having blogs or websites could be a fun. We can share our ideas, stories, photo, etc. Usually we think of monetizing them by placing ads on the pages. Google Adsense, Bidvertiser, Adbrite, and so on can be choices as partners to join. We publish their ads to collect $ from every clicks done by the visitors.

However, what if we cannot place ads on our pages? There are many reasons why it happens. The most reason is the administrator of our blog doesn't allow ads with our ID on our pages. For instance, we cannot place our own adsense ID on this Yuwie, can we? Wordpress.com does the same (not for Wordpress.org). Google Adsense has banned sites that use non-English (and some other languages) most in their contents.

So, why don't you monetize the links you have on your pages? They are yours, aren't they?

I've found a site that help us to change links we prefer to. Every click onto the new links will be credited, and can get earning from them.

For example, when you click on the following link: Wallpaper 4U, you will be directed to the blog of mine about wallpaper, but a pop-up of an ad will appear too. Or you can click Natural Wisdom, and you will go to another blog of mine and see a banner ad at the top. Or, if you click Beautify The World you will see an intermission ad for seconds before my blog page appears. From those clicks I'll get credits ! (Hehehe... thanks for clicking!)

2008 Digital Photo Competition!

Are you a photographer? Or just like photography? There is a great opportunity to participate in a digital photo competition held by The Nature Conservancy!

The contest is open to all photographers age 18 or older regardless of residence or citizenship, so long as the laws of their jurisdiction allow participation. Photo submissions must be uploaded by 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, October 15, 2008. Read the rules before entering!

I have submitted my photos to the competition as I have an account at Flickr.com. Yes, the photos will be displayed on that photo sharing site. To enter one or more images use the Conservancy's free Flickr™ photo-sharing group and tag each with "PhotoContest-TNC08".
